On Wednesday, October 6th Brayden participated in his first school fundraiser, the Jog-a-thon. I pumped him up for it by showing him the prizes to be won in the school's showcase during the open house and he set a goal to run 4 laps. The prizes were actually assigned according to donations received, and friends and family generously donated enough for him to get what he really wanted, a light-up bouncy ball. On the day of the race, Bill was home from work and was able to watch Brayden participate. (He also got roped into cutting up Otter Pops by someone I assume must have been from the PTA. ha ha) But he was able to snap some pics of Brayden that I still have yet to get from him. I think I've asked twenty-something times so it should only take 6-10 more. :) And Brayden exceeded his goal and ran 5 laps. And then collapsed on the grass.
